Anna’s Autumn Poetry: The Making of the Hazelnut Shake

In one of the most charming corners of Tyrol, in Innsbruck, works our talented Anna. She is not only a passionate coffee lover, but also an avid baker and sweet tooth.

She loves the delicious Hasenulssschnitten, a famous Austrian sweet made of wafer-thin wafers, hazelnut cream and chocolate.

One day, while Anna was enjoying one of her beloved hazelnut slices, she had an idea: why not turn the distinctive taste of this treat into a refreshing drink?

With this idea in mind, Anna began experimenting in the Coffeeshop Company kitchen. She carefully selected the best ingredients, including creamy chocolate sauce, fresh milk and, of course, hazelnut slices.

Anna crushed the hazelnut slices and blended them with the other ingredients to create a rich, nutty and chocolatey base for her drink.

After numerous trials and adjustments, Anna had finally created the perfect Hazelnut Shake. The shake was a true delight, a tribute to the delicious taste of hazelnut slices, enhanced with a dash of fall magic.

Anna proudly presented her Hazelnut Shake to the team at the Coffeeshop Company. They were impressed with her creativity and sense of flavor and decided to introduce the drink to all of their stores in Austria.

Anna not only created a drink that offered guests a piece of Austrian snacking culture, but also showed that you can create great things with individual ideas. And so the Hazelnut Shake became one of our fall drinks, reminding us how great it is to share delicious traditions.
